The Feel the Spirit!™ training empowers body & mind, creating harmony, awareness, energy and a deep connection with your inner life force.

 

The tools we use are movement/dance- excercises, self reflection/shift of focus, breathing- and visualisation excercises, feed back in/from the group, much personal attention and ... fun!

Because of the small size of the groups (max. 15 participants) you're assured of good personal attention and a realistic chance for optimal personal growth.

day (1) rediscover & enforce your feminine energy  

09.30 - 10.00u reception with coffee & tea


10.00 - 13.00u bringing back your natural length & posture, uncover your very

 personal feminine energy/bodylanguage through movement/dancing/breathing excercises, visualisation excercise to help integrate your dreamscenario for your personal life with extra focus and attention on our pelvis/pelvic floor muscles and lots of feed back


13.00 - 14.00u lunch: bring your own, enjoy together :-)

 14.00 - 17.00u enforce your feminine energy through movement/dancing and ... striding! my motto is: everybody's a supermodel and/or goddess! (for this, bring your favourite high heels)

day (2) rediscover & enforce your masculine energy

 

 09.30 - 10.00u reception with coffee & tea

  

10.00 - 13.00u uncover your very personal masculine energy through movement/dancing/breathing excercises, visualisation excercise to help integrate your dreamscenario for your professional life with extra focus and attention on our upper back/between the shoulderblades, excercises two-by-two and again lots of feed back

 

13.00 - 14.00u lunch: bring your own, enjoy together :-)


14.00 - 17.00u and now, practise when to use what: here we practise in 1 group and later in smaller groups how we can use our feminine versus our masculine to our best advantage in situations from daily life. For example: how to approach a group versus an individual, how to deal with authority figures and make them work with you versus against you. How to increase versus decrease your personal charismatic energy by choice, so you'll receive precisely the attention you want, whenever you want it etc. Of course we round it of by striding again, to re-enforce the supermodel and/or goddess in you! (bring your favourite high heels again)
